Quantic Electronics deployed an all-employee ownership program in 2022, whereby 688 employees received growth participation units and with awards worth $20,000-$40,000 at exit. Employees also attended training on how their share value is calculated and received printed certificates signed by the CEO. Quantic plans to provide routine value updates through monthly all-hands meetings and digital bulletins at its manufacturing sites.

In 2022, elevator services company AEG introduced new safety initiatives such as Job Hazard Analysis, Annual Safety Shoe program, and Quarterly Safety Champion Recognition Awards. Employees identified AEG’s prioritization of safety as the organization’s number one strength in its employee engagement survey for the second year running. The program stats include 30k job hazard analysis plans, 1k supervisor inspections, 300 safety shoe vouchers redeemed, and 35k safety toolbox talks.
