Employees also attended training on how their share value is calculated and received printed certificates signed by the CEO. Quantic plans to provide routine value updates through monthly all-hands meetings and digital bulletins at its manufacturing sites.

The program stats include 30k job hazard analysis plans, 1k supervisor inspections, 300 safety shoe vouchers redeemed, and 35k safety toolbox talks.
