Great Wolf Resorts, known for its family-oriented entertainment resorts, has been an active participant in the Career Pathways pilot cohort, collaborating with community-based organizations across several of its lodges. This partnership focuses on identifying, upskilling, developing, and supporting talent from diverse and underrepresented communities. Since joining Career Pathways, Great Wolf has hired approximately 160 individuals from these communities into salaried positions, showcasing a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. Moreover, more than 70 individuals from these groups have been promoted within the company. As part of its commitment to Career Pathways, Great Wolf has implemented various workplace initiatives, including appointing an inclusion and diversity program manager, launching a new Management Development Program that recruits from colleges and universities, including Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). The company also conducts regular reviews of wages and salaries across frontline and managerial roles to ensure competitive compensation. Additional efforts include organizing events and activation plans aimed at fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging, as well as incorporating inclusion and development content on external platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor. These initiatives underscore Great Wolf's dedication to making hospitality an inclusive industry where individuals from diverse backgrounds can build fulfilling and enduring careers.
