TTC, a road-safety specialist in the UK, invested in an advanced human capital strategy focused on creating a happy, healthy place to work. The company's programming resulted in being successfully re-accredited with Investors in People Gold certification. TTC also reduced staff attrition and absence rates, increased staff satisfaction, and had a 500% increase in staff participation in either training or an Apprenticeship (2018-2020); customer satisfaction also increased from 93-98% between 2017 and 2020. As of exit in 2021, the revenue had grown from £27m to over £40m during the investment period.
